The main prize of the Allegretto Žilina 2026 festival was awarded to Anna Paulová for her outstanding artistic performance and compelling interpretation, which she presented on 23 April 2026 with the Janáček Philharmonic Ostrava.
At this year’s 35th edition of the Allegretto Žilina festival, held at the House of Arts Fatra, artists from abroad, leading orchestras, as well as the most prominent students of Slovak conservatories performed. The festival ranks among the most important classical music events in Slovakia and Central Europe. It is primarily profiled as a platform for the presentation of young laureates of international competitions, who meet here with renowned conductors and orchestras.
